Please note that DOD is collapsing the four PSI agreements into this mechanism. Other agreements were: PSI-Suriname (17368), PSI-Barbados (), and PSI-Jamaica (17406). 8/1 Agreement: -- 1 activity for CROSS - Jamaica, Trinidad and Suriname - $75,000 - HVOP, Condom Procurement -- 1 activity for REACH KP - Jamaica, Trinidad and Suriname - $75,000 - HVOP, Stigma, and Discrimination and Gender Norms training -- 1 activity for TEST KP - Jamaica, Trinidad and Suriname - $100,000 - HVCT, Counseling and Testing -- 1 activity for REACH KP - Suriname - $250,000 - HVOP -- All activities funded out of pipeline (Team had identified applying $250,000 in pipeline in original ROP submission for this mechanism, plus 150K from the Jamaica IM, 350K from the Suriname IM, and 75K from the Barbados IM. - TOTAL SPEND FOR THIS MECH = $500,000)

Since COP2014, PEPFAR no longer produces narratives for every mechanism it funds. However, PEPFAR has now included performance targets or indicator information for each mechanism based on the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) system. The MER guidance is available on PEPFAR's website https://www.pepfar.gov/reports/guidance/. Note that COP years 2014-2015 were under a previous version of the MER system and the indicators and definitions may have changed as of the new 2.0 guidance.
